Biography:
Steven Rogers, better known as Captain America, is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He was created during World War II as a patriotic symbol and often depicted battling the Axis powers.
Rogers began as a frail young man deemed unfit for military service. He volunteered for a top-secret program called "Project: Rebirth," where he was injected with the Super-Soldier Serum and bombarded with "vita-rays." This process transformed him into the peak of human perfection, enhancing his strength, speed, stamina, and reflexes.
Following his transformation, Rogers was given an indestructible shield made of vibranium, a rare and powerful metal. He adopted the persona of Captain America, donning a costume inspired by the American flag and becoming a symbol of hope and freedom.
During a mission near the end of the war, Captain America fell into the Arctic Ocean and was frozen in suspended animation. He was revived decades later by the Avengers, becoming a living legend in a modern world.
